Terms of Service

By accessing or using zz-novel, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

zz-novel is an AI-powered story generation platform that allows users to create personalized fictional stories using natural language prompts. The service uses Google Gemini AI models to generate content.

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account
• One account per person; sharing accounts is not permitted

Your Content: You retain ownership of the story prompts you provide and the AI-generated stories created for your account.

License to Us: By using our service, you grant zz-novel a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the service.

AI-Generated Content: Stories generated by our AI are provided for your personal use. You may use, share, and publish them, subject to these terms.

Attribution: We encourage (but do not require) attribution to zz-novel when sharing AI-generated content publicly.

You may not use zz-novel to generate or distribute:

• Content that sexualizes minors in any way
• Content that promotes real-world violence, terrorism, or self-harm
• Content that defames, harasses, or threatens real individuals
• Content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights
• Spam, disinformation, or misleading content presented as factual

Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.

All stories generated by zz-novel are created by artificial intelligence. In accordance with applicable regulations including the EU AI Act, all AI-generated content is clearly labeled as such within the platform.

zz-novel does not guarantee the accuracy, originality, or quality of AI-generated content.

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
• We do not offer refunds for partial months
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice

Free accounts are subject to monthly generation limits as described on our Pricing page. We reserve the right to modify free tier limits at any time.

zz-novel is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• The accuracy or quality of AI-generated content
• Loss of data due to service interruptions
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings, which will permanently delete all your data.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. For EU users, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence also apply.
